Elegant Apple Rose Tart 

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and sugar.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a round springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Step 2: Make the Cream Filling

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add egg, vanilla extract, and cream.
  3. Mix gently until creamy and well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the surface.

Step 3: Prepare the Apples

  1. Wash apples and slice them very thinly (do not peel).
  2. Place slices in a bowl with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the apples and mix gently.

Step 4: Arrange the Apple Rose

  1. Start from the center of the tart.
  2. Arrange apple slices in a tight spiral, overlapping slightly.
  3. Continue outward until the entire surface is covered.
  4. Press lightly so apples sit nicely in the cream.

Step 5: Bake

  1. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes.
  2. The apples should be soft and lightly golden.
  3. Let the tart cool completely before removing from the pan.

Step 6: Glaze (Optional but Beautiful ✨)

  1. Warm apricot jam with 1 tbsp water.
  2. Brush gently over apples for a glossy finish.
