Beef Stir-Fry Noodles

Step 1: Cook the Noodles

  1. Boil noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and toss lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Step 2: Marinate the Beef

  1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil.
  2. Let marinate for 10 minutes (this keeps the beef tender).

Step 3: Make the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Set aside.

Step 4: Stir-Fry the Beef

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  2. Add beef and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until just browned.
  3. Remove beef and set aside.

Step 5: Cook the Vegetables

  1. Add remaining oil to the pan.
  2. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add vegetables and cook 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.

Step 6: Combine Everything

  1. Return beef to the pan.
  2. Add cooked noodles.
  3. Pour in the sauce.
  4. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until well coated and glossy.

Step 7: Serve

  • Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve hot, topped with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
