Step 1: Melt
- Add chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter to a saucepan.
- Heat on low, stirring constantly, until fully melted and smooth.
(Do not boil.)
Step 2: Flavor
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Step 3: Set
- Pour mixture into a parchment-lined pan (8×8 inch / 20×20 cm).
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 4: Chill
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
Step 5: Slice & Serve
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
