🔢 Understanding Steak Levels (1–10)
Looking at the image:
- 1–2 👉 Very rare (cool red center, extremely juicy)
- 3–4 👉 Rare to medium-rare (warm red center, soft and tender)
- 5–6 👉 Medium (pink center, balanced texture)
- 7–8 👉 Medium-well (slightly pink, firmer bite)
- 9–10 👉 Well done (fully cooked, no pink)

Medium-rare (around 3–4) is the sweet spot for flavor and tenderness.
